Returns/Refunds Policy

My order is damaged or has a manufacturing error: In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement (if the product is in stock) or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us at the following email: mondaysproblemband@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that for DTG items minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

 

I ordered the wrong size/colour or changed my mind: Please note Monday's Problem will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or colour or changed their mind.

 

My order's delivery was unsuccessful: In case of an unsuccessful delivery we can offer a replacement for an extra charge of 50% the order's total value (excluding shipping) or a partial refund of 50% of the order's total value (excluding shipping).

  • We share name and contact info we collect from subscribers with Mailchimp for email marketing purposes.
